• Deliver superior customer service and providing customers with information and resolving routine problems in support of all customer relationships. • Ensure that required reports are being processed on a daily basis. • Approve deposits and daily transactions • Processing both individual and commercial transactions • Follow Bank’s balancing procedures. • Vault and ATM settlements • Light cross-selling banking products and service awareness • Monthly Certifications • Cash handling and settling cash drawer at the end of the day • Opening New Accounts under JHA (Jack Henry) • Assisting in other area of banking operations and departments • Daily processing deposits using Remote Capture Machine • Ordering/shipping cash/coins as needed on a weekly bases through FRB • Checks ordering for individual and business accounts using Deluxe or Safeguard Company • Adhere to all bank policies, OFAC, BSA. CIP, Risk Rating, and Chex Systems procedures.
Process transactions such as deposits and withdrawals for customers. Cross-selling bank products and service awareness. Customer service, light phone handling. Vault, ATM, and cash drawer settlements.
