I hold a M. Arch. in Architecture and B.F.A. in Interior design. I am well-rounded on every phase of the project from inception to completion; I am articulate with 3d design presentation and maintain routine interactions with the clients. Deep experience with project development, including initial design and budgeting, project documentation, BIM coordination, code and zoning analysis, coordination with municipal AHJ, collaboration with complex interdisciplinary teams, lead and build small team or focus group, document details and specifications, project QAQC. When in construction administration, issue addendums, review shop drawings, site visits and reports until reach substantial and final completion. My professional experience span across New York, Taiwan, and Massachusetts over last two decades. I am dedicated to my responsibilities, motivated to deliver results effectively. Over the years, my work included Dream Mall, NY JFK airport transportation center, MBTA train stations, MBTA Bus Maintenance Facility, Cape Cod Hospital ICU expansion, Corporate Office Renovation & Rebranding, interior renovations for Middlesex Savings Bank and Citizens Bank, Warehouses, NYC Upper East Manhattan High End Apartment Renovations. My current work focus on residential design specializes in single family dwellings, including additions and new constructions. Also, existing building renovation for assembly occupancy. I advocate for Sustainability, Net Zero/Net Positive building and site when responding to the extreme weather conditions and with it, to create a more resilient built environment when facing the impact of Climate Change and vice versa for the 21 centuries. My experience with LEED, allows me to gain comprehensive insights, to evaluate & prepare projects and sites to meet the USGBC requirements. I have delivered various projects with LEED Gold and LEED Silver standards.
