Work Experience Description: •Evaluate suppliers abilities and help different developing groups and brands to select right suppliers. (product variations/capacity/speed/price/innovation ability/location...) •Develop innovated product with suppliers which the suppliers need the ability and willing to work with the group. •Travel and visit factories of the group to study brands trends and needs. •Sourcing new suppliers and products that can apply on shoes. •Negotiate with suppliers for lead time/price/payment terms...ect. •Travel to different supplier's factories to learn and understand materials productive process.

Job Description: •Develop fabrics with customers that designer looking for. •Production Management of place order to weaving factory->dye factory->secondary process factory(coating/printing...ect), and lead time management with all factories to accomplish shipping date that deal with customers. •Shipping, all steps that delivery process required. •Visit all factories to learn fabrics produce process and technique.
