*I lead a Sales team for Automotive LED industry customers with 4-6 members. *Coached a team to guide the strength of each member and kept every project run on time and smoothly, which reduced 10%+ sample lead time for customers. *Managed all the requirements from clients in Asia-Pacific (including COHERENT, NICHIA, SAMSUNG & LG) and North America (CREE LED) and ensured the revenue to hit the annual target. *Approached and developed samples with the largest LED company from Japan who is the suppplier of tier 1 mobile phone and automotive companies, then got at least 10 new demands from different teams. *Introduced ceramic sub-mount for high-power laser to the biggest 3 customers in chinese market, and customers transferred at least 60% market share to mty team. *Increased at least 17% monthly revenue and 10% gross margin for our department.
