Viswaat Chemicals Limited, (VCL) Mumbai, is a premier chemical company associated with the development, production and supply of chemicals for leather, textiles, surfactants and other specialty chemicals based industries such as pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, cosmetics, paper and construction. We have developed a state of art facility at Ambernath, near Mumbai, wherein we have the facilities for manufacturing various types of chemicals under complex manufacturing processes like ethoxylation, propoxylation, esterification, chloro - sulphonation, phosphitation, condensation, distillation, spray drying etc. This has been possible because of our commitment towards continued investments in the field of research and development wherein a fully functional lab scale production facility has been set up for synthesis and characterization of various chemical ingredients which in turn helps to reduce the cycle time for eventual successful commercialization of the new products. Provide Support and Technical knowledge to the recruitment team. Training and monitoring of new Joinees and daily operations. Conducting timely check to ensure the Quality of the Team with respect to recruitment. Ensuring delivery of quality services to all clients and to provide training on SOP.
My Job Role:- • Understand recruiting demands and specific skill profiles. • Handling recruitment lifecycle strategizing, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and evaluating candidate over telephonic round of interview. • Study the requirements given by clients and accordingly prepare the plan to get good profiles or candidates. • Interacting with the Technical Panel and Account Manager to understand the requirements • Sourcing the profiles through Various Channels like Job Portals, Head Hunting, Networking, and Professional Sites etc. • Preliminary Screening / short listing the appropriate profiles from the above source mix. • Scheduling Interviews and getting appropriate feedback on the candidates interviewed. • Post Offer Follow up. • I have an expertise in recruiting candidates in various domains like Flavours & Fragrance, Information Technology, Publishing, Manufacturing, Retail, Construction, and support function positions. • Prepare various MIS reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis. • Recruitment Process training to new recruiters. • Follow Standard operating procedure (SOP)
