With over 10 years of work experience in human resources, I am a passionate and skilled consultant who specializes in employee benefits, compensation, and pay transparency. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from The University of Toledo, and I hold two professional certifications: CEBS GBA I and PHR. I currently work as a Human Resources Consultant at Washington State Health Care Authority, where I support the organization's mission of providing quality health care to Washington residents. In my previous role as a Global Total Rewards Manager at Promethean, I developed and implemented a comprehensive training program on pay transparency for the organization, which increased employee engagement and satisfaction.
