The tribunal’s authority derives from the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§1–16), the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration, and the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards. It operates as an independent, non governmental body, unaffiliated with any state, government, or the United Nations. I hold certificates from Harvard University in Law and Georgetown University in Terrorism and Counterterrorism, along with leadership credentials from Colorado Mountain College and comprehensive Emergency Management training from the National Disaster and Emergency Management University. Additionally, I am a graduate of the Ukrainian Language and Culture Program at the Ukrainian Catholic University.
