Handling negotiation and settlement of final accounts and claims for a variety of building and fit out projects, supervising estimating and tendering, documentation for claims justification and or defence, progress payments and contract administration.
Led and supervised a 16-member Quantity Surveying team. Oversaw full-cycle tendering, detailed cost estimation, subcontractor valuation & payment administration, and client commercial liaison. Managed the commercial and contractual delivery of multiple large-scale residential and commercial building projects, ensuring cost efficiency and contractual compliance.
Working in a busy Quantity Surveyors Department, undertaken interior fit out and refurbishment works, preparing pre-qualifications, supervising estimate and tender preparation, and subsequent subletting, monitoring cost & cash flow control, handling progress payments, final accounts and claims negotiation.
Managed company-wide QS operations, procurement strategy and tender administration. Delivered a portfolio of high-end interior fit-out and building refurbishment projects across Hong Kong, Macau, Zhuhai and Shanghai, covering full commercial control from tender stage to final account.
Headed the estimating team for building construction and interior fitting-out works. Conducted bid strategy negotiation, tender pricing and procedural standardisation to enhance tender success rate and operational efficiency.
