Also prominent in mining, geothermal, groundwater and construction applications. Having been very fortunate with an excellent education, travel and 10 years as a reserve army officer, including five years as a salesman, I then invested in my future with a full time MBA and from that, twenty years in retail financial services, mainly in the UK. I left retail finance prior to the GFC for a second crack at Australia, starting as one of five at IPI, becoming a part owner. The IPI team is now over 100 globally. Perth has brand new premises built in 2021, with robot served CNC's, exporting 80-90% of its output. A second factory is now in Eastern Europe as part of the expansion outside of Western Australia. I have relocated from Singapore to the UAE, which is more of a global hub.
