I am always interested in the connection and mutual impact between occupants and spaces. Creating interior spaces that helps people to write their own story in it is therefore my goal coming into this profession. There are always stories behind every person, every business through their cultures, background, experiences and none of them is the same. Every story is different and therefore creating unique and varied interior spaces and products is my mission. I commit to use design language to translate my clients’ stories. While there are different approaches to design, I choose to follow the organic design philosophy. The significant principle of organic design is taking people and nature as the center. Putting user at the center of the design ensures safety, comfortability and pleasure. Using nature as the basis for design is the foundation for sustainable, timeless products.
- Conduct market research for products, materials and competitive analysis for related projects - Set up floor plan, design interior space and produce renderings/walk-through for design projects - Design and model healthcare products for related projects - Coordinate with engineering partners for product testing and mocks up - Other tasks assigned by the project manager and principal designers
- Establish product strategy for Wealth product - Manage product portfolio to achieve sales target - Conduct product pricing and manage product approval process - Partnership management
- Establish product strategy for agency and corporate channels. - Drive product development cycle including marketing research, product design, competitive analysis, and product submission, launching. - Project management of product implementation cycle. - Collaborate with corporate clients (life and pension business) to provide insurance solution, including contract negotiation and operational solutions.
