Responsible for planning, implementing and executing organization’s Business Intelligence & Visualization strategy to utilize data in the form of Visual Analytics for Business decisions and achieve operation efficiency.
Implementation and embarkment of data analytics tool usage, Tableau, to allow stakeholders to use available data for business decision, performance monitoring and strategy planning.
Responsible for development of datasets using EDW for performance monitoring, campaigns monitoring and customer analysis.
Part of project team responsible for planning and development of new EDW utilising source systems data to curate source system raw tables into usable subect matter tables for organisational’s data journey.
Provide MIS support for Bancassurance and Marketing Department to formulate sales monitoring reports using data from AS400. Deliver created reports to stakeholders to ensure daily sales tracking is done in accurate and timely manner.
