Leading the data integration team with 5 team members for the following areas: • ODS (Operational Data Store) Manage the implementation of ODS in Etisalat among with CIM application using Oracle Golden Gate on Oracle database platform. Manage the implementation of integration with different Etisalat channels and applications • ETL Interfaces Manage the implementation of different ETL interfaces using Data Stage tools to support different systems (BCRM, FMS, Etisalat Website, LCM & Lend me service ...etc.) with EDW information. Working Manage the integration of data stage with Big Insight platform during the implementation of Real Time Market in Etisalat. • Incentive/Commission Manage the implementation of ICM tool in Etisalat for more than 15 channels. Manage the communications with different departments.
Working among the Data Management & Integration team in the following area: • Design & implement ETL jobs to extract from different systems. • Responsible for prepaid models in data warehouse during 3 years & support finance in any issue in monthly/yearly closing. • Design & implement new prepaid real time models on ODS (Operational Data Store) to avail real-time information for reporting & interfaces. • Manage data integration team to provide high quality data interfaces from 2012 to 2014. • Design & implement online services based on ODS (Operational Data Store) data: o Eshr7ly Rasedy o USSD *888*2# & *888*1# o Vodafone Website Inquiry pages • Manage the migration plan for different services to depend on ODS (Operational Data Store). • Design & implement the many new innovation ideas: o Online billing simulation engine o Real time trigger engine o Smart accumulator engine o Accrual financial model • Manage datastage upgrade project from Version 7.5 to Version 8.7. • Responsible of administration on datastage 8.7 environment. • Manage CS5 upgrade across data warehouse teams & revamping prepaid models to cover the new features. • Provide many ad-hoc data requests.
