Registered pharmacist in Hong Kong with working experiences in hospital, community, pharmaceutical industry and regulatory authority.
- Supervise the import/export, manufacture and supply of dangerous drugs - Handle registration, CORP and renewal of western medicines and proprietary chinese medicines in Hong Kong - Liaise with business partner and prepare drug product CTD for registration in mainland China - Handle pharmacovigilance affairs (including ICSR, PSUR, annual report, SOP review) for Hong Kong and mainland China market - Coordinate with QA for change control, risk assessment and product quality review - Coordinate the development of packaging material designs - Participate in patent and trademark registration, opposition, authorisation and renewal in Hong Kong, mainland China and overseas. - Prepare HA tender submission and CIP application to HA CPO - Prepare the application of clinical trial certificate and the submission of annual and final report - Liaise with academic institution for clinical trial collaboration
- Assist in handling deviations, CAPAs and customer’s complaints - Participate in deviation investigation and preparation of product quality review, investigation report and risk assessment - Coordinate the implementation of mock product recall
- Assist in picking, checking and issuing medications in inpatient and outpatient section - Offer detailed patient counselling on medication devices such as sublingual spray and inhaler - Participate in stock maintenance of dangerous drugs and verification of the monthly dangerous drug register - Assist clinical pharmacist in clinical ward round and compliance clinic - Handle phone call for pharmaceutical product recall - Provide new drug presentation to pharmacy staff on psoriatic arthritis
- Perform daily dispensing service in inpatient, outpatient and aseptic suite - Rotate to different sections to perform clinical pharmacy activities in medication management and compliance clinic, oncology clinical service, pediatric clinical service, geriatric ward round and warfarin clinic - Provide presentation to pharmacy staff about new drugs and disease management - Conduct drug utilization review on lansoprazole - Participate in in-house prescribing near miss reporting program
- Handle phone calls from customers and responded to their inquiries - Provide customer service with advice on OTC product selection - Participate in dispensing activities and related documentation under the supervision of pharmacist-in-charge
- Conduct product quality review (PQR) - Collect information for equipment qualification - Provide clerical support to Quality Assurance team - Observe the handling of new product application, change of registered particulars and license renewal
