About

Alex blends over 15 years of leadership development and firsthand experience guiding high-performing teams with a deep commitment to healing, writing, and human potential. As a former Special Operations officer, Alex was at the forefront of change, leading the Cultural Support Team program, mentoring women into frontline Special Operations units, and training Afghanistan’s Female Tactical Platoon—empowering women to shape their own future. Witnessing both the harm of conflict and the resilience of the human spirit now fuels Alex’s mission as a writer, coach, and facilitator. With an MS in Organizational Psychology, Alex specializes in leadership, human performance, and psychedelic integration coaching, supporting Veterans and diverse communities in finding strength, compassion, and belonging. Today, Alex transforms lessons learned in war into pathways of healing and growth, always grounded in love-centered leadership and the belief that resilience is built not in isolation, but in community. Through poetry and prose, Alex also explores themes of identity, healing, and transformation, giving voice to the unseen and creating spaces for others to feel less alone.
