•Responsible for the strategic development of Eaton’s datacenter business across Germany • Manage and grow relationships with key colocation, enterprise and hyperscale customers • Lead complex datacenter opportunities from early engagement through tender and project execution • Drive business development activities with operators, consultants, general contractors and engineering firms • Develop and execute go-to-market initiatives to strengthen Eaton’s position within the datacenter ecosystem • Coordinate cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, product management, marketing and service organisations • Represent Eaton at major industry events and executive customer engagements across EMEA • Build and maintain strategic relationships within the datacenter community to identify new business opportunities • Support multimillion-euro infrastructure projects covering power distribution, UPS, MV, LV, racks and digital solutions • Analyse market developments, customer requirements and competitive trends to support business growth
