Support the Plant Manager, Production Manager, and Shift Leaders in overseeing all the technical aspects, including: - New production line installation - Efficiency of the machine - Ensure good communication and high involvement with external parties - Optimize losses - Safety Environment - Projects to reduce the costs - Training production operators - Maintain and update operating work instructions. - Support of R&D projects. - Development and usage of technical standards. - Keep database systems up to date. - Prepare reports, data analyses, and make recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems

- Design and plan layout for material-processing/manufacturing operations; - Plan sequence of operations and specify procedures for preparing materials; - Service, troubleshoot and solve production process/equipment problems. - Implement methods and procedures for inspecting - Test and evaluate the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment; - Ensure that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements;

- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance in plant or machines and equipment; - Maintain all the equipment and machinery that is in the manufacturing unit; - Keep maintenance reports and make records for all the repair works; - Conduct periodic or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns; - Prompt acquisition of needed spare parts; - Notify about the obsolete equipment; - Maintain inventory for the tools and spare parts;
- Assist in structured problem-solving tasks/projects for industrialization challenges in the plant; - Execute industrialization activities of new and experimental materials, products and processes; - Offers support in projects related to industrialization and continuous improvement;
- Design of gas and electrical network respecting customer guidelines in Microstation 8 - Verify designed networks and determine their tolerance degree for the development of 2D-drawings (stack dimensions)
