• Support and execute Cloud21’s strategic talent acquisition plan, building a diverse team through an inclusive and equitable lens by driving ED&I targets through resourcing activities. • Establish strong relationships with business units and leadership teams to support the development and implementation of our talent strategy. • Support the Head of Talent Acquisition (HoTA) to drive the desired outcomes from our internal talent team, supporting, coaching and developing team members. • Manage workloads with Talent Acquisition team to ensure that recruitment campaigns are adequately resourced, managing recruitment campaigns directly as needed to meet demand. • Liaise with Key Suppliers and Strategic Partners (including agencies) as directed by HoTA. • Oversee and support the full talent acquisition lifecycle the support of the Talent Acquisition Consultants (TAC) from receipt of required role through to formal offer. • Ensure we comply with current regulations, accepted professional standards, policies and procedures and legislation (including legislation on data protection and the Equality Act). • Optimise the use of recruitment tools to reduce administration and increase productivity. • Ensure hiring managers use fair selection criteria in order to assess candidates effectively • Ensure the CRM system and other internal trackers are maintained, ensuring real time continuous daily updates throughout the recruitment process. • Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and source of hire and make improvements where prudent. • Support the TAC with designing hiring stages and assessment methods based on each position’s requirement, coordinating and facilitating interviews as required. • Be responsible for candidates’ positive experience throughout the recruitment process, forming strong relationships with past applicants and passive candidates for future opportunities.
