I build the operational backbone that allows organizations to grow, deliver, and lead with confidence. With an MBA from London South Bank University, a PMP certification, and over 13 years of experience across Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and Canada, I have spent my career at the intersection of strategy and execution - turning complex organizational challenges into clear, workable systems. I began my career as a Project Coordinator in London, moved into a Head of Operations role at an engineering firm in Abuja, and spent the past eight years at World Education Services (WES) in Toronto, one of Canada’s leading credential evaluation organizations. At WES, I have held progressively complex roles across operations, research, and project delivery. Most recently, I completed a CEO secondment where I served as Special Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, managing board governance, writing executive briefing notes, and leading the planning and execution of high-profile internal and external events. I currently function as an embedded Project Manager and Scrum Master supporting a products team, leading agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and cross-functional delivery. I hold several professional certifications including PMP, PSM I, PSPO I, Harvard Business School Management Essentials, and Schulich Executive Education credentials in Strategic Mindset and Critical Communication. I bring a rare combination: the strategic lens of a senior leader, the execution discipline of a certified project manager, and the cross-cultural intelligence of someone who has built teams and delivered results across three continents. I am passionate about helping organizations and entrepreneurs build the operational clarity they need to scale, and I am particularly drawn to mission-driven organizations where the work genuinely matters.
