Handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. Act as the liaison between HR manager and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. Also supported daily HR activities and assisted in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents. Duties and Responsibilities: Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager. Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies). Participating in recruitment efforts. Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications. Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process. Ensuring background and reference checks are completed. Preparing new employee files and documentation. Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data. Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential. Maintains quality service by following organization standards. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Handle requests and queries appropriately. Maintaining current HR files and databases. And any other assigned duties by the management.
