Attended recitations to answer questions students had about the material. Worked with around 20 students. Proficiency with content required.
Assist building manager in laboratory decommissioning. Tasks include disassembly of apparatus, disposal and recycling of discarded material, separation of apparatus for electronics disposal, and collaboration with the Environmental Health Office in removal of chemical waste. Maintain and assist in refurbishment of laboratory cabinetry and counters. Maintain instructional laboratory apparatus, assist in staging of apparatus for laboratory classes.
Project: Effects of Ionic Strength on MAP65 Binding to Microtubules. I performed single molecule experiments using total internal reflection fluorescence (TIRF) microscopy and have experience with advanced image analysis.
