At this job, I managed a group of 10 camp counselors and about 40 kids in day-to-day activities. I planned daily activities, officiated morning meetings every day, and facilitated conversations between camp and HR/other department heads. I also helped prepare my employees for an audit from our insurance company and I also spent a lot of time speaking with the auditor on the program's behalf.
