Holly is responsible for digital strategy, brand & digital marketing, global eCommerce, marketplaces, martech, consumer data, insights & analytics across our owned brands (FOSSIL, Michele, Zodiac and Skagen) and licensed brand portfolio (including Michael Kors, Tory Burch, Diesel, Armani). Holly serves on the Board of the FOSSIL Foundation, created over 20 years ago to unleash the power of youth around the world. We invest 1% of all Fossil.com eComm sales to fuel the Foundation's efforts.
KIPP Texas Public Schools is a family of 59 schools and nearly 34,000 students pre-K through 12 with plans to grow to 100,000 students. KIPP Texas students graduate college at a rate of 4x higher than the national average for students in educationally underserved neighborhoods. Holly chairs KIPP DFW's Nominating and Governance Committee.
Advisor to some of the world's leading digital and retail brands on how to accelerate profitable growth. Outside of her client service responsibilities, Holly served as McKinsey’s digital & omnichannel service line leader for retail in North America, one of the highest growth practices within the firm. Holly also led women’s recruiting for 5 years, supporting the Firm’s efforts to achieve 50%+ women in McKinsey’s incoming classes.
