Holly Mills is a world class athlete and GB international in the sport of Track and Field. Her passions beyond athletics include spreading awareness around mental health issues, advocating body image confidence, motivational public speaking and the empowerment of women in sport and the world of work. Holly enjoys reading, golf and cooking, with a big emphasis on Nutriton for a healthy body and mind. Holly's sporting journey began when she was just 8-years-old, and she has competed for GB at 1 World Indoor Championship, 3 European Championships and a Commonwealth Games. On a mission to showcase an insight into the world of athletics and inspire the next generation of sports performers, Holly shares her journey as a professional athlete, shedding onto the challenges she has faced and overcome, both personally and professionally to build a community where everyone has a voice and can thrive in the face of adversity.

As part of the Sports for Champions team, I attend schools around the country and present to students, describing my athletic journey to date and providing the pupils with inspiration as to how crucial an active lifestyle. Alongside a presentation and question and answer session, I also perform fitness circuits with the students, taking them through a range of exercises and showcasing the importance of incorporating exercise into their daily routine. The aim of these school visits is to leave the pupils with motivation to lead a healthy lifestyle and work hard towards their personal goals.
