A former wireless industry professional who transitioned into the property management world. With a solid foundation laid, I took my skills to enter into the construction industry. My background in property management and customer service provided a great starting point in a new industry and broadened horizons as a Project Administrator. I have since spread my wings further into the construction industry by assuming a new role as Project Accountant. Doing so has furthered my knowledge into becoming well-rounded of many construction aspects. I am trained in estimating, with detailing skills. I also have skill sets in purchasing, product inventory, project management, permitting, bidding, and negotiating contracts and leases. I have grown an appreciation for the time, and group efforts it takes to get a project from beginning to end. It's amazing to be a part of that.
I scout cities for new stores and relocations and negotiate leasing. I manage construction projects, fleet vehicles, property insurance, ADT cameras, and ReBiz. I work with local police up to the FBI for store break ins and robberies.
