As a Problem Analyst, I use my skills from Application Support to help investigate problem items. This may be issues such as repeated service down or repeated script fixes. Over the past 18 months I have helped get multiple pieces of code fix into production and reduce the amount of incident tickets service desk receive. As a previous application support analyst, I have used my data analysis skills to troubleshoot, monitor, and improve the performance of various applications and systems. Before joining finova, I worked as a technical support analyst at Computershare, a global leader in financial services, where I gained valuable experience in resolving technical issues and providing end-user support. I graduated from Craven College with a degree in equestrian/equine studies, which reflects my passion for horses and animal welfare.
