I started in logistics and recruitment back in 2017 as an admin, supporting the team and getting a feel for how everything works behind the scenes. From there, I moved into booking candidates and helping match people with roles that actually suit them, which is where I found what I’m good at. In 2020, I passed my Manager CPC, which gave me a proper understanding of transport compliance, legislation, and day-to-day operations. I also supported planning for a sister company, helping keep things compliant while looking at efficient, cost-effective routes. Having worked on both the operations and recruitment side, I understand what clients need and what candidates are really looking for. Now I’m back in recruitment, focusing on connecting the right people with the right opportunities and building good working relationships along the way.
