Track the performance of the sales team on several goals, incentives and trends. Review expected vs actual price to retailer by distributor to ensure consistency and maximize profit. Provide analyses and recommendations on a weekly, monthly and quarterly bases as determined by the President of Warsteiner USA. Prepare company presentation by combining information from various departments and utilizing standardized presentation templates. Serve as the Regional Sales Manager for the Pacific Northwest region and New England Regions (Remain the contact point for all distributors and accounts in the market and assist with pricing, inventory, ordering and special requests). Create and order all custom made point of sale and trade tools. Contact person for national tastings, promotions, coupons and discount programs, and incentives.
