It was the prerequisite for further, continuous process improvements and modernizations, e.g. in the areas of S&OP (IBP tools), logistics (WMS), production (MES), sales (CRM) as well as the introduction of shared services. - Project “EG ROCCS”: Quantum leap in secure collaboration across country organizations by introducing a modern, secure cloud architecture for office communication (Microsoft Office 365, Teams etc..) and IT infrastructure. - M&A: Successful integration of the “Pago” brand by precise and timely IT carve-out from Heineken. - M&A: Stringent project management for the business integration of “Rynkeby”, the largest Nordic juice manufacturer, acquired from Arla Foods. - Program “DigitalEdge”: Establishment & leadership of a group-wide, multifunctional program for digitization. After a leadership change in 2020, the successful program was integrated in a newly created CDO organization, which was still co-led by IT via selection, purchase and introduction of tools e.g. CRM, Content Management, eCommerce Data, Digital Media Tracking, Innovation Platform) and definition of a “Headless Commerce Architecture”. - “OneIT”: Establishment of a group-wide, efficient, powerful, customer-oriented and motivated IT organization (HPO).
