- Accountable for Uniper’s European asset portfolio and ensuring system relevance and security of supply in alignment with national and EU energy policy. - Contributed to Uniper’s rapid turnaround and financial stabilization, leading execution of Uniper's €8 bn transformation investment program, overseeing development and delivery of key flexible generation assets, pioneering hydrogen and CCS infrastructure, PV and onshore wind renewables.
• Asset ownership role for Uniper’s European asset portfolio (27 GW) • Responsible for Uniper’s asset strategy & growth (clean fuels (H2, biomethane), transforming conventional to green generation, Innovation, LNG terminal Wilhelmshaven) • Supervisory Board member Uniper Technologies (Uniper’s engineering service Business; 2016-17) & Sydkraft (Uniper’s asset business in Sweden incl. nuclear; 2016-today)
• Co-led EnerjiSA (50:50 JV between E.ON and Sabanci group) to become Turkey’s largest energy company by acquisition of two distribution companies and doubling generation portfolio from 2 to 4 GW (> 10 lignite, hydro, CCGT projects) • Accountable for Trading (2013-14), Generation, Project Execution, Health & Safety, & Engineering (2013-16)
• Led E.ON's market entry into Turkey (acquisition of 50 % share in Enerjisa A.S.)
