Bundling local operations units to deliver efficiency and consistency. Supporting critical areas such as Vendor Management, Information Security, Project Portfolio Management, Service Portfolio Management, Governance, and Audit Steering, including compliance with DORA and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
Functional Management and Technical Development of the Batch Tribe driving innovation, quality & reliability, as well as creating vision on improvements for the future. Definition and management of Objectives & Key Results (OKR) within the framework of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), maintaining a close relationship to stakeholders. Supporting fast implementation of automation solutions by the use of Ansible and Artificial Intelligence (AI) software. Tribe budget supervision and cost optimization.
