Warehouse in charge, Arrange of stock replenishment to own restaurant & customer, Freight negotiations with Forwarder
Order Fulfillment Management: Oversee the complete order lifecycle from order placement to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment, Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse / retails teams to manage stock levels, track inventory accuracy, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations, Logistics Oversight: Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and courier partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries, Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in fulfillment processes to enhance speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency, Returns and Reverse Logistics: Manage product returns, replacements, and refund processes in accordance with company policies, Order Tracking & Reporting: Maintain real-time tracking of order statuses and prepare regular reports on fulfillment KPIs (e.g., delivery timelines, order accuracy), Customer Experience Support: Work closely with customer service to resolve delivery-related issues and improve overall customer satisfaction, Technology Integration: Utilize and optimize e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and ERP systems for seamless operations, Compliance & Documentation: Ensure fulfillment operations comply with legal, safety, and quality standards, and maintain necessary records, Team Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments (sales, marketing, product, finance) to ensure alignment in supply chain and fulfillment strategies
Plan, direct, and control all inbound to outbound logistic operations, from receiving, picking, transportation, and warehouse to distribution, Ensure stock/inventory accuracy including enforcing cycle count/stock check and investigation on stock discrepancy, Set up standards and processes to ensure products are stored, handled, and distributed to customers and retail outlets, ensuring on-time delivery, Establish KPIs to effectively manage and measure the performance of warehouse operation and to ensure operational excellence with continuous cost optimization, Liaise with logistics service provide/forwarders and vendor/suppliers on delivery dates and delivery mode, Justify on OT claim and headcount, Supporting & Planning of logistics needs for event setup & teardown, Lead and review warehouse planning methods, warehouse storage and layout plans, Interfaces with other departments to ensure Inbound and outbound deadlines are met, Oversee daily warehouse operations, Trains and manages warehouse team to address operational issues and achieve performance goals, preparing and managing the annual budget
