Implemented “right lot right tool” concept to boost up cluster WPH 5%-10%. 6. Lead Litho SPEED Evolution project (Resist Centralization, modified tool hardware and Optimize track process flow). 7. Coordinating the reticle stocker logistic and reticle management (RSM) to improve operator efficiency. 8. Implemented value engineering by "cassette dedication concept" to improve Reticle Management Sustaining cost.
