Perform root cause analysis and assess structural, hydraulic, and electrical manufacturing non-conformances to develop engineering dispositions on 737 Wings and Final Assembly production lines. Collaborate with stress, aero, and design engineers to design interim structural repairs and validate the effectiveness of solutions. Conduct static, fatigue, and damage tolerance analyses using engineering drawings to substantiate dispositions and ensure safety and reliability. Currently under Material Review Board (MRB) rotation.
