RECRUITMENT - Work out for manpower plan based on the approval organization structure designed to optimize human resource, supporting for Company's Objectives. - Build up Recruitment plan & working with HOD to build JDs system for the whole Company base on Manpower plan for recruitment activities. - Leading whole recruitment process smoothly under the recruitment procedure to ensure qualified candidates offered on time to serve Company business & Production plan. COMPENSATION & BENEFIT - Benchmarking the total reward with the market to build up the total reward program for the Company to retain talents. - Responsible for annual HR & GA budgeting & manage the actual cost under budget approval for cost efficiency analysis & management. - Build up the grading system & Pay Policy (including salary review & promotion) - Control all C&B activities to make sure the smooth & accuracy of monthly payroll, monthly Social insurance, medical & unemployment report….. - Build up HRIS for all HR reports (headcount report, turn-over rate, Time attendance, leave management, OT, total employment cost center breakdown) & employee’s contract management. - KPI set up & Performance Management L&D, ER, ADMIN & OTHERS - 1.
