1. Retail Network Expansion & Renovation - Interior constructions, the installation of furniture and displays, and the establishment of brand identities for new, remodeled, or upgraded Hoa Sen Home stores in Northern, Central, and Southern Vietnam as directed by the BOD. - Handled successful transitions to Hoa Sen Home from traditional stores to larger, modern showroom formats 2. POSM Managements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to audit, deploy, and perform quality control for all POSM materials (including signage, banners, banderols, and product labels) across Northern and Southern Vietnam. 3. Events - Lead on-site surveys, planning, and full setup execution for the "Mái Ấm Gia Đình Việt" regional events under the Board of Directors' guidance - Collaborate with the PR & Event Department to coordinate and execute on-site infrastructure for other events - Direct the setup of all structural and merchandising items to show interior display on shipping container and exhibition booths for a full display of the entire Hoa Sen Home products. 4. Inventory Management - Storage, tracking, and logistical handling of showroom display furniture, shelves, and interior materials. 5. Coordinate the entire payment process, assess financial records and strictly manage costs for all 3tr parties across projects. 6. Fulfil additional tasks & service requests that fall under the purview of the BOD.
