I was born in Hong Kong and currently working in Tokyo Narita Airport as an Airport Services Duty Supervisor at Qatar Airways. I am in the airline industry since year 2000. The combination of my education backgrounds and working experiences make me well qualify to act multiple roles in customer services. At Delta Air Lines, I worked as a Red Coat agent which gave experienced on not only handling VIP customers but also resolving customer problems and complaints effectively across all departments including customer relations and providing resolutions for complaint handling. When I worked as a Customer Service Supervisor in Nagoya (NGO), I learned how to deliver the key message to our vendor to ensure everything we did to handle the operation is what the company focus on. Moreover, when I was a Supervisor in Narita, I learned how to deal with those direct employee in order to have them focus on the same page which the company focusing on. Therefore, I am good at managing and controlling manpower on the shift in order to optimise utilization and to maintain staff moral and discipline. Moreover, I was qualified as a Ground Security Coordinator which says I am good on handling passenger and aircraft handling practices to ensure the confirmation to safety and security requirements. On the other hand, my experience of my role at Jetstar Japan working as a Customer Duty Manager gave me the knowledge of running an operation more efficiency and economically by limited resources on manpower along with the timing. Overall, I am able to provide not only to the external customer a high quality customer service and safe operation, but also to our internal customer input and recommendations to management to improve the effectiveness of the daily operations.
