I hold bachelor’s and master’s degrees in polymer/chemical engineering, and my career is grounded in hands-on experience across polymer manufacturing processes, polymer compounding (lab/pilot/commercial lines), strategic sales planning, TS&D/R&D, product application development, and global marketing and sales development. My background includes leading multi-region commercial and technical teams and leveraging enterprise tools such as Salesforce CRM, ERP, and Workday.
