Applicant’s Biography: I finished the BA in Design and Technology at Loughborough University and I am now serving as the Principal of TWGHs Kwok Yat Wai College in Hong Kong. After completed my first Master's Degree in Child Development and Adolescent Deliquescent at the HK Baptist University, I got the second Master’s Degree in Information Technology in Education at Chinese University of HK according to the reform of the Education Curriculum. Prior to my arrival at Kwok Yat Wai College, I was the Principal of another TWGHs school which provided Hostel for nurturing a whole-person development for students. Also, I assume administrative duties and has experience as a teacher teaching Design, Mathematics, Geography, Computer Studies and Liberal Studies. Furthermore, I am a Part-time Associate Lecturer in the Metropolitan University of Hong Kong. My strength is to uplift teachers for catering "Inter-subjectivity" and "Meta-cognition" in curriculum design, implementation and evaluation. I have been frequently invited as a speaker at numerous local and international educational conferences such as the Greater Bay Area Education Forum. Additionally, I was invited as a guest speaker in the teacher training course offered by the Education University of Hong Kong. I am also a mentor of the Education Bureau and the Hong Kong Baptist University Newly appointed Principal (NAP) Courses, covering topics such as "Global Change and the Education Development of HK", "Leading towards a Learning Community," "Managing Human and Financial resources to foster Students’ Potential and School development," "Policy and good Practices in supporting students with SEN and NCS students", and others. I do actively promote Various Leadership Training within my school and in the community as I believe that through collaboration and team work, students can be nurtured to have determination, perseverance, and an attitude to strive for excellence.
