Hi! I'm Ngoc (Ruby), an enthusiast for our well-being, environment and sustainable development. I am currently looking for a new opportunity in international development to thrive in.
I value this position as it has provided me with the opportunity to enhance a variety of my skills. I take great satisfaction in facilitating the development and coordination of three newly introduced bachelor's programs, leading to the accreditation of two programs within seven months by MOET, and the establishment of the founding cohort of students for our college. In addition to organizing college meetings and appointments, I also successfully coordinated over 10 academic workshops and events. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, I contributed to enhancing visibility and organizing pro-admission activities for the college and its programs. Furthermore, I actively participated in the development and execution of teaching plans. As prioritizing the student experience, I ensured a supportive and enriching educational environment, and I greatly appreciated their acknowledgment and friendship.
It has been very interesting to get involved in such an unfamiliar industry though several understanding and transferable skills picked up from previous roles still appear useful to make a favourable impact in this position. I enjoy building and maintaining positive relationships with members through improving customer outreach and customer service and silmutaneously, honing the problem-solving skills and adopting some of the different perspectives on life challenges.
I have decided to take an extended period of maternity leave to bring up and get our baby ready to start explore the wider world with preschool classes.
I was instructing GCSE Science, Mathematics and also English at dissimilar levels where every tutorial session was exclusively planned and sensibly conducted in consideration of individual students' learning needs. In addition to assigning and correcting homework, I also assisted my students in school work, test and exam preparation. Through classes, I intended to encourage and motivate students to improve their academic performance as much as their self-confidence.
