Built a small-scale Michelson interferometer used to demonstrate how the Laser Interferometer Gravitational-Wave Observatory (LIGO) works. Augmented a speaker to the system so that the interference patterns are audible. Designed and implemented a servo control loop which forces the arms of the interferometer auto-correct, modeling LIGO’s real-life operation.
