About

I specialize in translating complex systems - whether they are cultural frameworks or enterprise AI - into clear, actionable strategies. My academic background in Linguistics and Transcultural Studies trained me to analyze how people process information and adapt to change. Today, as a working student in Strategy & Operations at SAP, I apply that qualitative insight to business transformation. I develop enablement materials and use-case frameworks that help our CSMs operationalize SAP Business AI in their workflows. I have consistently worked at the intersection of data and culture. From managing institutional research for the Linden-Museum Stuttagrt and digital rollouts for art-mate, to coordinating cross-functional exhibition projects, this blend of arts administration and tech operations allows me to approach problem-solving with analytical rigor and contextual intelligence. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with working proficiency in German, I thrive in transnational teams where clear communication is critical. Let’s connect if your work intersects business transformation, culture, and innovation.
