Marketing & Business Investments Funds - Controller PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: –Planning Subsidiary forecast and budget cycles: forecast accuracy, annual budget, and monthly/quarterly forecast –Researching and modeling of market data pertaining to the business investment funds –Creation of ad-hoc marketing reports and analysis –Reviewer and business approver of Marketing Purchase Orders –Audit accounts for errors, misinformation, and proof of executions –Supervise all processes to ensure they are within the boundaries of Compliance –Working experience with a large volume of data in Excel, including the use of pivot tables, Power Pivot and BI.
Stage in Finance and Administration PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: –Preparation and update of accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions, disbursements, expenses –Invoices booking entry and other accounting documents in SAP –Reviewer and processing employee expenses – Monthly balance of accounts and bank Reconciliation using Black Line System –Preparation of monthly reports in Excel and Power Point –Assisting with preparation and coordination the audit control
