Leading the investment management team responsible for Goodman's data centre and logistics partnerships in Hong Kong (~8bn USD). The data centre partnership is the leading institutional investment vehicle for data centre development and ownership in Hong Kong, while the logistics partnership serves as Hong Kong's largest industrial vehicle and most diversified owner of modern warehouse space. Previously led the APAC platform of a European real asset manager from inception as employee #1 to about 50 FTE. Raised capital from several Asian institutional investors into first time funds and launched one of the largest dedicated funds for Japanese residential real estate. Before that I worked for a boutique investment bank focused on real assets, in particular property, power, and infrastructure. Executed more than USD 10bn of transactions across Europe on behalf of a predominantly North American and Asian investor base.

Managed the Japanese residential real estate fund, which was domiciled within PATRIZIA's Singapore platform.
In 6 years PATRIZIA grew from zero to 7 offices across APAC with more than 50 employees. Approx. 15% of its global AUM is sourced from capital in the region. With the inception of the Singapore and Tokyo office I laid the foundation of the APAC real estate funds platform.
