Involved in recruitment coordination and HR operations. Responsible for Interview scheduling across regions for India. Involved in handling large volumes in fast paced environment. Query Management & calendar Management o Involved in organizing team building activities and events. I have also been a part of internal team reports and dashboards. Review the job descriptions and positions, develop POA to close the requirement. Recruiting for niche skills in Cloud Operations such as Solution Architect, Azure/AWS /GCP Data Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Java Backend & Frontend Developers, Angular, React.js, Node.js specialists, Java Architect, Azure Data Synapse Analyst, Snowflake data engineer and in Marketing Operations such as, AEM, GTM, Transition Architect, WPS Architect, Program and Project Management, Quality Assurance, Lead Management Position, Executive and Non-Executive Level hiring. Involved in handling both technical & commercial related sourcing activities and engage with the required stakeholders for timely completion of activities/projects. Also handled vendor management such as qualifying process, payment terms, technical challenges like resolving rejection issue. Also handling branding for my unit for getting applicated in walk-in Drive. Sourcing profiles through different channels -Database, officials, Social Media ,Job portals and screening the profiles. Foster long-term relationship with candidates. Review and understand technical job requirement.
