• Operation of ASU & instrument air system for all plants. • Supply of breathing air & plant air to all plants. • Operation of Desal, DM Water & Portable water plant • Well versed with Process Safety Management (PSM), Deluge System, FM 200 / Manual Call Point Operations of Fire Extinguisher & Fire Hydrant & LEL Detection System, Hazardous Chemicals like Con. H2SO4, Con. NAOH & Chlorine
Commissioning of • 01 cryogenic Air Separation units (AIR PRODUCT - 1700 TPD) • 02 cryogenic Air Separation units (KOBE , JAPAN - 1700 TPD EACH ) • Commissioning of DM Water & Portable water plant & WTP plant Production stability, quality, analysis & Trouble shooting Plant start-up & shutdown. Study of PID’S and PFD’S for better understanding of plant operations. Preparation of SOP’s, check lists, manuals and technical documents and presentations.
