I am very pleased to take on a new role where I can purposefully apply my many years of experience. After more than 25 years in customer service and two exciting years as Service Manager Austria, my goal is to further develop, optimize, and sustainably shape processes together with our international service organizations. Driving a company forward successfully requires not only well-thought-out strategies, but above all, motivated people who implement them with conviction. I place particular emphasis on digitalization and the implementation of our "ONE EMCO" vision. Only through close collaboration, shared goals, and a clear focus we can ensure high service quality, transparency, and professionalism – values that our customers should experience and appreciate in EMCO Service.
Passion for new tasks and challenges.
After almost 20 years of experience in the field, I am now able to pass on my experience to others. My area of responsibility is the training of our EMCO service technicians, dealers, service partners and customer courses for maintenance. Writing service information, repair instructions is also an important part of this work in order to provide our customers with the best possible service.
