Peer reviewed paper in JCO OP and 6 abstracts for ASCO, ESMO & ISPOR on RWD analyses of genetic testing in cancer. Created software for clinicians to improve genetic testing & cancer patient care.
Responsible for both of Illumina's scientific enterprise software suites BaseSpace Correlation Engine & Cohort Analyzer, used by top academic institutions and 1/2 of Top25 Pharma to analyze molecular and clinical data of cancer patients and more. 1 patent, 1 AACR conference abstract, 2015 Bio-IT Award and 12 scientific applications developed.
