Managing all technical and maintenance operations of the mall, including HVAC, electrical systems, generators, elevators/escalators, plumbing, fire alarm and firefighting systems, and building management systems (BMS). Supervise technicians and contractors, assign daily tasks, and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out efficiently to minimize downtime. Monitor energy consumption and utility usage, support budgeting and cost control, maintain spare parts inventory, and coordinate with operations, security, housekeeping, and tenant fit-out teams. Ensure full compliance with safety standards, fire regulations, statutory inspections, and environmental requirements.
Provide technical guidance and oversight to team members, ensuring that technical solutions align with business objectives.And Manage technical projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Ensuring all systems run safely and efficiently. Their work includes managing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire safety systems; planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance; ensuring safety and regulatory compliance; supervising vendors and contractors; optimizing utilities and space usage; maintaining technical documentation; and responding to emergencies or equipment failures. They use CMMS tools to track maintenance, manage assets, and prepare operational reports.
I am responsible for supporting the smooth operation of all technical systems in the facility. I carry out daily inspections, perform basic troubleshooting, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. I ensure safety compliance, keep technical records updated, monitor utility usage, and work with vendors and contractors to maintain equipment performance. I also respond promptly to any technical issues or emergencies and assist the Facility Manager in overall building operations.
Responsible for managing the smooth operation of all MEP systems during my shift, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-safety systems. I conduct routine inspections, monitor equipment performance, and carry out troubleshooting to resolve technical issues quickly. I oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities, respond to alarms and emergencies, and ensure all safety and compliance procedures are followed. I maintain shift reports, logbook entries, and coordinate with vendors, technicians, and the facility team to keep building operations running efficiently.
