Responsible for dealing with clients on a daily basis; the Project Manager will manage projects from conception through to completion, delivering high quality online CAWI - research projects to clients within agreed timelines. They will liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams over issues affecting set-up and fieldwork, tackling issues as they arise and ensuring established processes are followed and documented.
Project Delivery – Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time, accurate, and high-quality delivery. • Client Management – Act as the key client contacts, align deliverables with expectations, and build lasting relationships. • Team Leadership – Mentor and guide junior team members while ensuring effective collaboration and harmony. • Quality & Process – Uphold process and project standards, maintain quality checks, and drive process efficiency amongst yourself and the team. • Escalation Management – Proactively identify project issues, address escalations promptly, and implement corrective actions in consultation with seniors. • Reporting – Monitor daily project progress, generate ageing and client performance reports, and document project learnings and training materials.
I am managing all kind of projects from beginning to end ensuring quality throughout the processes. • Studying and setting up the project in our system. • Review questionnaires and use it to apply relevant quotas, targets and screening at our end. • Test surveys before releasing sample. • Set timelines to meet overall project timelines and manage deliverables to meet client schedules. • Monitor on-line survey deployment; provide updates to the clients on project progress, problem-solving when Projects are not meeting client expectations
