Maintaining the highest of standards in safety and care when working in a biological setting among injurious substances and equipment. I've experienced in medical lab technologist over 10+ years. I was work with Arctern healthcare pvt. Ltd. and after that I was worked in a C.S.Medical College for more than 05+ years, where I'm working in hematology and biochemistry labs and well established in miscellaneous testings and rapid kit testing. and afterwards I was a Region Manager in Healths1st Diagnostics pvt Ltd in Uttar Pradesh West. And now I am working as a research assistant at Istanbul Aydin University from December 25. Collect samples: Collect blood and body fluids and Bone Marrow Aspirations from patients. Prepare samples: Label and prepare samples for testing Perform tests: Run tests on samples, such as blood or urine, to check for diseases Analyze results: Analyze the results of the tests Record data: Record the test data and results Report results: Report the results to a supervisor or pathologist Operate equipment: Use laboratory equipment, such as microscopes and automated cell counters Ensure quality control: Ensure quality control of samples Adhere to standards: Adhere to the laboratory's standards and policies
